Vehicle shipping to India

Bangalore, India is where I need to get my car to due to relocation for work. I am currently in Karachi, Pakistan so the distance is not all the great, but I imagine it will still take a few days to get to me. I don't care if someone drives it, puts it on a freight train, or a automobile transit truck, just as long as it gets there in one piece with absolutely no damage! It is a 1989 Ford Escort that I picked up when I was in Saint Louis, Kentucky in the United States and I had shipped to Pakistan when I moved there for work five years ago. I do not drive it much but it is a reliable car so I wish to have it along for the ride. Let me know what method of shipping you think would be best, the cost and what sort of paperwork I will need to fill out to get it into the country and past Customs. Thanks.
